These terms apply to everyone using Waifuchat AI. They are written plainly and numbered so a specific clause can be quoted back to us.
- These terms govern your use of Waifuchat AI and the conversations you hold through it. By using the service you accept them in full.
- The service is offered to adults aged 18 or over. If you are younger, you may not create a profile or hold a conversation here.
- All companions are invented. They are not real individuals, do not represent real individuals, and any resemblance to a living person is unintended.
- Portraits shown alongside companions are generated artwork produced for this roster and remain the property of Waifuchat AI.
- You are responsible for the content you send. Do not submit unlawful material, threats, or content involving minors in any form.
- Explicit sexual content, harassment, hate speech and instructions for serious harm are prohibited regardless of which companion you are speaking with.
- You may not attempt to make a companion impersonate a real, identifiable person, living or dead.
- You may not use the service to generate spam, bulk marketing text, malware, or material intended to deceive third parties.
- Automated access, scraping, reverse engineering and attempts to extract underlying prompts or models are not permitted.
- Access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn where use breaches these terms or threatens the stability of the service.
- Conversations are generated text. They may contain errors and must not be relied on as professional, medical, legal or financial guidance.
- Nothing in a conversation constitutes a diagnosis, a prescription, a therapeutic relationship or emergency assistance.
- If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service or a qualified professional. A companion cannot perform that role.
- Free access may be metered. Where a paid tier applies, the price and billing period are shown before any payment is taken.
- Paid periods renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges and leaves current access intact until the period ends.
- Refunds are considered where the service was unavailable for a sustained period through no fault of your own.
- You retain rights in the text you write. You grant Waifuchat AI the limited licence needed to operate, store and deliver your conversations.
- The name, wording, layout, artwork and companion personalities on this site are protected and may not be copied for commercial use.
- Third-party infrastructure is used to deliver the service. Their availability is outside our direct control.
- The service is provided as is. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error free or continuously available.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service is excluded.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for access in the three months preceding the claim.
- You agree to indemnify Waifuchat AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
- These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use signals acceptance.
- Either party may end the arrangement at any time. On termination your right to access the service stops immediately.
- If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full.
- These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Waifuchat AI regarding use of the site.
