This policy explains what Waifuchat AI stores, why it is stored, and how to have it removed.
What is collected
Three things: the account identifier you sign up with, the conversations you choose to save, and basic technical data such as approximate region and device type used to keep the service stable.
Why it is collected
Saved conversations exist so continuity works across devices. Technical data exists to diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Nothing is collected for resale, and conversations are never published.
How long it is kept
Saved threads remain until you delete them or close your profile. Technical logs are rotated on a short cycle. Billing records are retained only as long as tax rules require.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the infrastructure and payment providers needed to run the service, each bound by contract to process it on our instructions alone.
Your choices
You can export your threads, delete a single thread, or delete everything tied to your profile. Deletion is permanent and is not recoverable afterwards.
Children
Waifuchat AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed.
